3 friends build innovation machine to reduce labor and time in baking salt in the desert

Monday Positive:3 friends build innovation machine to reduce labor and time in baking salt in the desert

Agarias are also optimistic that they will be able to build a working machine as a demo.

Created a battery powered machine to increase salt production and quality

In order to make it easier for the Agaryas to bake salt in the desert of Santalpur and to reduce the labor and increase the quality, an industry department official, engineer and a collaborating friend worked hard for 5 months with a hydraulic system to do the work.

 - Dental work machine for making salt) has been made. So that Agaryas can do the work done in 7 to 8 hours. So the cost of 40 to 50 thousand for a dentist every year will be saved. There is such optimism.

In the desert of Santalpur, Patan, in the monsoon waters, the agaryas earn their livelihood by baking salt every year. Large scale salt production is going on in the desert at present. Salt seeds act similarly by breaking down the salt particles by scratching the surface with a toothpick.

This process produces a new sweet. There are many modern machines. But due to the damage done to the bottom, the unripe agaryas keep the laborers and pull the teeth by hand.

In order to reduce their labor and increase the salt production, industry officer Vijay Chaudhary, engineer Myursinh Vaghela, and local collaborator Harshadbhai Rajgor started making a machine to shape an idea and finally after 5 months of effort it became an innovation machine. As a demo, Agarias are expressing optimism that they have succeeded in making a working machine.

The machine will have these benefits

This machine can be operated by a single man for push operation.

Is hydraulic. So that stripping work can be done without teeth

There will be no damage to the bottom. Work will be done precisely so that a quality product will be produced.

No electricity will be required to be battery powered.

All items except the engine should be hand made so that maintenance is minimal.

Myursinh Vaghela said that Agaryas have to work hard. So the three of us friends thought of this idea and worked on it. The machine is ready after taking the opinion of many people.

It has cost us approximately 80 thousand. Currently the machine is put up for Parton. Our only recourse will be to get the Agaryas at the lowest possible cost after becoming laborers.
